the ability to focus how does one soften how does one gather their thoughts to actually be open to the spontaneity of being to surrender what's not in your own control. to actually take a pause re-assess feel open feel all of the things. to understand to acknowledge to know. to visualize how to cross a river were you aware of the Colorado river drying up the mineral deposits exposed alongside the rocks? what a tribulation. what a time to understand erosion. a person cannot handle it all on their own can we discharge our overbearing thoughts. does consumerism take a toll on the body? can other people take in their own breath, see what helps them in the long run (are you listening) are you watching? Q: can you absolve the autonomy of a body? A: on the day we're meshed into one unity of a being, then maybe, yes. how does it hold up? how does it sink further? I think most people will disagree the efficacy of holding on versus holding back. but yet again, how am I supposed to tell? Maybe in the spirit of things, it's all okay. In the spirit of things, maybe there's alternatives.

Here’s more on the Vision for Seeda School, below:
Inspired by the ecosystem holding our work, Seeda School will grow slowly and with intention. The vision is to start with in-person workshops in Richmond, VA which will inform online course curriculum. Supported by income from online courses we will build a team to cultivate emergent classrooms in our web of local Richmond libraries. We will offer these learning opportunities and activations with the intention of building a schoolhouse in Dawn, VA to host transdisciplinary activities weaving ceramic, forest gardening, hair braiding, fiber practice, Black studies and more into coding curriculum.
Thanks for Listening,
Alexander
